Returns & Exchanges

Please be mindful we are unable to accept returns due to the store closing and purchases made after 18th May will be final.

If you have purchased prior to the 18th May we will gladly accept returns made at full price within fourteen (14) days of delivery and provide you with a refund of the item, no refunds on shipping.  The merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not washed worn or altered in any way and have the original tags and tickets attached or its original packaging.

Returns on purchases made after 18th May that are sent back without prior approval will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Luna Liberty staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not eligible for return or is not in a new condition.

For hygienic reasons, cosmetic, hosiery, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

There are no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is faulty. 

Please ensure that the returned goods are received by us within the appropriate time frame either via express post or courier as we reserve the right to refuse any items that are either not returned within the specified time or have not been authorised as a return item.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for return of faulty goods.  

We do not accept responsibility for return items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Please advise us by email that the items are on their way and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number, if applicable.
